Everything was fine, but the view from the room was blocked by a bulky feature.

The rooms are perfect, with relaxing décor, colors, lights, comfy linens, and great views of the well‑gardened landscape and swimming pools; at night the lighting works beautifully. Staff are friendly, smile, professional, and handle quick check‑ins and check‑outs, responding promptly to requests. The lobby is spacious with plenty of areas to relax and grab a drink. The main restaurant is great with very good food quality and taste, but the variety is limited; you’ll find all the basics you need. The location is promising and should become a major attraction in the future, but right now there aren’t many nearby sights to visit. Internet quality is okay but not the best, and the signal is very weak at the poolside.

The hotel is spacious, comfortable, and quiet, and the staff are very friendly. The buffet needs more variety, and dinner was not good.

The hotel is beautiful and brand new. The rooms are huge, chic, and clean. The staff could use a bit more training; they seem unfamiliar with handling foreign guests. They are all very polite and nice but lack customer‑service experience, which let the place down.
