Location is definitely 10/10, less than 100 m from Tasch train station and only a 15‑min train ride from Zermatt. It’s also close to Coop. We were lucky to have been upgraded to a junior suite room which was immaculate. Breakfast is also included, giving a good start to a day full of touring and sightseeing. The staff are also amazing. May not be in the town of Zermatt but good alternative for a short stay in the area.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, the place is ideally located near the train station, and the food was lovely. The upstairs corridor felt a bit tired, but the room itself was lovely.

Very conveniently located next to the train station. Very easy travel by train to Zermatt. A few restaurants close by. The room was spacious and comfortable. Nice view out of our window. The breakfast was a good sized buffet with lots of variety. The convenience of being close to the train station also meant train noise until about 10 pm and starting up again at 6 am. It really didn’t disrupt us too much. The trains run maybe every 20 minutes. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were flat. We just put towels underneath and that seemed to help
