Booking said you couldn’t reserve parking in advance, and when we arrived we were asked if we had booked; the staff then warned that all spots were reserved. Yet from our room we could see several free parking spaces until the next day—definitely not good, and the notice should have been clearer.

The hotel is nice, the location is great, within walking distance to the water, museums and the shopping street, but guests are charged €10 per day for parking.
