We enjoyed a fantastic four‑day stay at Little Peepal House, and the hospitality really stood out. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well maintained, and the location is honestly one of the biggest advantages. Gangaur Ghat is just a 5‑minute walk away, Jagdish Temple is only a few minutes away, and many of Udaipur’s main attractions, cafés and food spots are within easy walking distance. What made our stay unforgettable was the host. He was extremely helpful throughout our trip — recommending places to visit, helping us plan our itinerary, suggesting good local food spots and even arranging a scooty rental for us. He also made several small gestures that genuinely went beyond our expectations. On our last day, our checkout was at 12 PM but our flight wasn’t until 5 PM. The host kindly let us stay in another room so we had a comfortable place until we had to leave. We were celebrating our anniversary in Udaipur, and he surprised us with a cake, which was an incredibly thoughtful gesture that made the trip even more special. The staff were equally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They serve home‑cooked food, and we had a couple of meals there during our four days. The food was really good and felt like it had been prepared with genuine care. Overall, what I appreciated most was the effort they put into making guests feel comfortable and looked after. If you’re looking for a peaceful, calm, affordable and conveniently located place to stay in Udaipur, I would definitely recommend Little Peepal House.
