Access is easy, close to the fast bus routes, clean, tidy, and well appointed. Basic tea, coffee, and milk would have been nice.

I could get in touch with the staff quickly and the room was comfortable and fully equipped, but the kitchenette was too cramped and hard to set up.

The laundry facilities were handy and the place was clean, yet the kitchen was unusable for cooking, cramped, and there was a lack of privacy; on three separate occasions someone came from the back of the house to pick fruit from the garden, and once a man brushed his teeth while staring into the apartment.

The location was quiet and there were plenty of parking spots, the accommodation was very clean, and it was about 15 minutes to the city center, but it was a bit noisy and there was no grill, which would have been nice in the garden.

中心地へ徒歩圏内の、穏やかなストリート。窓からガーデンを眺めながら食事する時間を楽しみました。 ホストのクラークさんはとても誠実な方で、英語が苦手な私のために、ゆっくりとお話してくださいました。私のミスにも冷静に対処し、笑顔で空港まで送ってくださいました。おかげで、その後の旅もとても温かい気持ちで楽しめました。とても感謝しています。 台所はコンパクトですが、様々なものが揃っていてガラスの棚に収められており、ガラス越しに手元を見て作業できる設計になっています。カーテンはない方が使いやすいかとも思いましたが、台所を使わないゲストにとっては目隠しが必要なのかもしれません。 乾燥機は高い場所にありますが、それ用のステップもきちんと常備されています。 クライストチャーチの平穏な暮らしを擬似体験できる環境です。. 台所近くの天井にある換気扇は、一般的な台所用のものではないので、調理中にあまり煙が出ないよう、低温で調理するのをお勧めします。滞在時はお隣が工事中で平日は朝から作業の音がしましたが、土曜と日曜はとても静かでした。工事が終われば毎日静かな時間になるはずです。
