“Hermoso hotel con detalles que enamoran.”
The building is beautiful and well maintained, the comfort is ideal, and the location is unbeatable. The shower division system is inadequate to prevent splashing; it’s very low and uncomfortable.
“素晴らしかった‼︎”
There’s a shopping mall nearby, and metro and tram stations are close, making access to anywhere easy. The room has a classic feel and is lovely; the ceiling is high and the space is roomy. Wine glasses aren’t provided, but they can be requested. Everything else was perfect except the bath—maybe that’s normal in the Czech Republic, but it felt lacking.
“I can totally recommend and most likely I'll return to this hotel.”
The location is super convenient, the furnishings are nice, and the breakfast was very good; I would definitely recommend this place and will probably come back.
“אכזבה גדולה ומפח נפש ומצגת שווא ופרסום כוזב על מלון שלא שווה את המחיר”
Nothing good. The location was inside a dark, scary alley. The hotel entrance was inside a restaurant, with only a reception desk inside the restaurant. The hotel entrance was convoluted with a back exit from the restaurant. The elevator was tiny and claustrophobic, barely fitting a single person with luggage. The room had a low ceiling with heavy, large wooden beams overhead, risking head collision.
First and foremost, the tasteful Jugendstil atmosphere; the staff were extraordinarily helpful and friendly. There was absolutely nothing negative!
