The spot was quiet. The room was small.

Having a kettle for tea and coffee was convenient. The nighttime noise from guests above us was annoying.

The room we booked was different from the one we received on Booking. We were supposed to have three single beds, but we got a sofa and a bunk bed. After contacting the owner, he said that under the bunk bed there is a drawer with a mattress that can be slept on—so basically on the floor. The mattress had a yellow stain.

The location is good, although the driveway is not easy to find even with GPS; a house number or street sign would help. According to the map we had booked a triple room with a double bed, but we were given a room that looked like a cabin with a loft bed. Because of the age, we were out of the picture. Our grandson stayed with us for a day, slept on the loft and I used the sofa. Since we only stayed two nights, we didn’t take advantage of the offered move‑in the next day. The whole building feels more like a youth hostel. The couple (cleaning and maintenance) were very helpful and friendly.
