“Overall I enjoyed my stay”

The front desk staff were very welcoming, but I disliked that the room was not cleaned daily; towels should be replaced each day without having to call the front desk, and trash should be taken out every day of the stay.

“Rooms good, Staff not so much”

The room was nice and clean, but what was listed on my reservation differed from what I actually received. The staff seemed clueless and couldn't perform even simple tasks, turning the experience with them into a 5/10.

“The room we booked is not what was given when we arrived. The hotel smelled like sewage, the elevators was not working,”

There was nothing positive. The room we booked was not the one we got upon arrival. The hotel had a sewage smell, the elevators were broken, only one light worked in the room, it was dark, the carpet had the odor of old mop water, and the shower was unclean.
