The room is near the elevator and the sound insulation is poor.

The staff were very friendly. They called me several times before arrival to confirm since I didn’t see the incoming calls, and when I left I forgot my tablet and they called me back to retrieve it. The room was clean enough and the lighting is good.

I appreciated the modern bathroom and pleasant lighting in my room, which added to the overall comfort of my stay. The hotel's proximity to the airport was also a major plus, especially compared to other nearby options like D1. However, I did find it a bit disconcerting that I had to surrender my passport during my stay, which made me feel a tad uneasy. Despite this, the positives outweighed the negatives for me.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. Unfortunately, the room's soundproofing was poor, so I had trouble sleeping due to the noise from outside, including footsteps and laughter.
