The toilet was clean, the receptionist was very humble, and the service was good.

The dormitory room was so messy. They have kept all their utilities inside there. The toilet/ bathroom door could not be locked and closed properly. The closet wasn't even flushed. When I asked the room service person about the unchanged and messed up bedsheet, she was hesitant to change it. They were at first hesitant to provide me the breakfast which was included in the booking, but when I questioned about it to them twice then it was delivered by 10.30 AM
