“Never got to stay”

Nothing positive – my family and I were denied check‑in, left hot, homeless, and exhausted, and were rudely turned away because they wouldn't accept my valid, current ID card; we had to wait three days before receiving a partial refund, and the on‑duty staff were arrogant and disrespectful, so I will never stay there again.

The check‑in was quick and the room was ready fast, but the front‑office staff, especially the guy who introduced himself as “KP,” were very unhelpful and the customer service was terrible.

When we arrived, the front‑desk people were friendly and we could drop our luggage and head straight to the pool. Later, after returning to our room to put drinks in the fridge, we found several roaches running out and a few dead ones inside; when we reported this, a different, rude staff member greeted us and was not accommodating. We requested a new room multiple times and were finally moved, but we will never stay here again.

“Only slept there most likely won’t go back.”

The location was convenient, yet the staff were not very friendly. My son and daughter‑in‑law had to ask for a room change because the first room was infested with roaches, and the lady at the check‑in window seemed to prefer doing something else over helping us.

It offered great value and was a better option than other nearby places; it’s my go‑to spot when traveling to the city. However, the surrounding area attracts local regulars who can be bothersome to guests.
