“I cancelled the booking”
I didn’t like anything. The staff were non‑cooperative, kept me waiting for 30 minutes to check in, and told me to wait while the previous guest finished bathing and checking out.

The property was fine, but the manager’s behaviour was an issue.

The location is good, staff were helpful, and accessing nearby restaurants is easy; it’s a good choice for a family stay, though the kitchen needs more cleanliness and pest control.

The location and facilities are good, but the room AC was not cool—it was just working but useless.

The location is excellent and the apartment is spacious, ideal for families and good value for money, with nothing in particular to complain about.
