The breakfast is provided in a nearby cafe. You are given a token for a hot drink and a pastry. This is included in the price. The staff are friendly and were quick to sort out a minor plumbing emergency. The B&B is well located very close to the railway station making it easy to go on day trips to Lucca and Livorno. There is a fridge in the room. The room is on the road so can be a little noisy. The shower is a bit hard to operate and the water temperature is not easy to regulate. It would be handy to have a bin in the room (in addition to the bin in the bathroom)
