The layout and staff are good. There's no restaurant, so you have to find somewhere else for lunch or dinner.

The cleanliness is good. 1. The chatter by the housekeepers in the morning, especially the stories they told. 2. The ground‑floor rooms face the inner courtyard, but the windows are very high, so you basically cannot see the courtyard; the windows are meant for light and ventilation. 3. The humidity in the room is extremely high.

I really liked the hotel; the reservation was confirmed quickly. We had a late arrival, a staff member sent us instructions on how to reach the room and everything went smoothly. The room had nice renovations and it was very pleasant to stay there. The location is also convenient.
