The room was huge, the location was great, and it was very quiet, but the hosts never replied to emails or WhatsApp.

The room was pleasant, modern, clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the hotel is very well situated; despite being close to the city, it was extremely quiet. The key‑code system for the room was inconvenient, requiring two steps to access, and we never met a receptionist except on the day of departure, so we couldn't get tips for visiting Naples.

It’s well positioned for the historic old town, very Italian with a smart front door and traditional interior, and access is easy.
