The staff were super friendly and welcoming, which made a big difference. The hotel itself has a certain charm to it, and it's clear that it's been preserved from its 60s era. However, the reception hours are a bit restrictive - you have to call ahead if you're arriving or leaving between 7 and 23, which can be a bit of a hassle if you're not used to it.

For the price, I thought the hotel offered decent value. It's not a luxury stay, but it's a solid option if you're looking for a budget-friendly place to rest your head.

The breakfast was amazing, and the shared spaces and surrounding nature were lovely. However, the path from the accommodation to the main road isn't exactly pedestrian-friendly, so you end up walking on the road instead. Luckily, it's not a busy road, so it's not too much of an issue.
