The location is excellent, with public parking just a few meters away right next to the Fortezza di Montalcino, the facilities are new and comfortable, and the terrace is great for enjoying a good Brunello. The check‑in was very late at 4 PM, which is a bit outside the usual range for other accommodations, and the breakfast offered was very simple, just a credit in euros at a neighboring restaurant.

The accommodation is great and the location is excellent. Just a tip: don’t bring too many bags because there are two stair‑case levels and the stairs are short.

A host that was super friendly and the spot was great. The beds felt a bit hard, but that was a minor thing. The shower in the room was a new experience for me. I’d definitely come back.
