The owner was very friendly and accommodating. A friend staying elsewhere invited us to breakfast, which was great. Overall, a 10 plus rating! There was nothing I didn’t like about this property.

The Inn is lovely; the room was fantastic—maybe the most comfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on. The innkeepers were the most hospitable I’ve ever encountered, making us feel truly welcome. Breakfast was delicious, a genuine home‑cooked meal, pristine yet unpretentious, with great attention to detail. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in P town. After staying at many high‑end inns in P town, this was the first time I experienced such gracious hospitality. Thank you! Nothing—perfect 10.

Family‑run, rooms are splendid and tastefully decorated. Parking is available. The shared breakfast is excellent, and the inner garden is very quiet. Costly.
