The breakfast spread was excellent, with a wide variety of dishes all prepared nicely, and the free tea, coffee and water in the library/breakfast room was a nice touch that I really appreciated. The location was quiet and peaceful. The only downside was that the guest in the room above us was stomping around at about 3 am, which made it hard to sleep, but that happened only once.

I only liked the location and the fact that there was coffee. The room was the worst I’ve ever had; the roof was on the floor and I woke up at 6 am feeling like I was in prison. The photos on the website were completely different. The sound insulation in the room and throughout the place was terrible – we could hear everything. I can’t understand how this flat got such a high rating. Because of that, we had to move to another hotel, paid for the remaining days and got the money back. We didn’t get anything for the first night and didn’t sleep all night.

The property is gorgeous – the flowers, the rooms, the main dining room, everything is beautiful. The staff is amazing, so sweet and makes you feel at home. Praskoviya (sorry if I got the name wrong) was very sweet and her breakfast was delicious!

I liked the rest room with tea, coffee and the large library in several languages, and the courtyard was wonderful. At night, noisy guests woke us up.

The staff is pleasant, the atmosphere feels home‑like, and it’s clean. Coffee and tea are available 24/7. The only drawback is that payment is only accepted in cash; they should allow card payments.
