We never had anyone open the door for us at night when we arrived, so we had to find another place in the middle of the night. The next morning we asked for a refund, and they told us to get it from Bookings.com. We tried Bookings.com and still haven’t received any help with the refund.

The caretaker was a real gem - friendly and welcoming, and made me feel right at home. That's about all I can say, as the rest of the experience was a bit of a blur.

The cleanliness of the place was definitely a plus, but the service was a different story altogether. I was expecting a bit more from a halal place, especially when it comes to breakfast - Vienna Russian-style halal options would have been a nice touch. And to top it all off, the TV was out of order from Friday to Sunday, which was a major turn-off.

The quietness of the yard and the area was a real bonus, and the friendly managers were a pleasure to deal with. My daughter also loved the big space to play, and the pool was a great bonus. However, the lack of breakfast options was a bit of a letdown, and the power outage for almost 10 hours was a nightmare.

The guesthouse was in a decent location, but the real letdown was the lack of care and attention to detail. We had to wait for someone to let us in because the numbers on the website weren't working, and to top it off, we didn't even get the breakfast we paid for. The kitchen was a mess, and the caretaker even accused me of stealing blankets. It was a terrible experience, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
