I didn’t stay here. The online pictures made it look nice, but when I arrived it was a rundown building with homeless people camping outside. I avoided staying there because I feared my car might be broken into, and I also saw drugs being dealt in the parking lot.

I arrived without a reservation from big.com. The place looked like it was badly in need of repair.

The room was nasty; the floor hadn’t been cleaned and there was hair and dust everywhere. The bathroom had hair, and the toilet base had never been cleaned. The doors opened at least an inch at the bottom and had no sweeps on the entire first floor.

My reservation was confirmed with but the hotel did not show my reservation on their end. They did not honor the reservation or price that I paid so I had to pay a higher price out of pocket. For this reason I will never trust again!

Soft pillows were a plus, but the TV remote stopped working even after I raised the issue, and I even spotted a flea on the bed.
