The location is absolutely perfect, with plenty of malls and food stalls just a short walk away.
The room itself was spotless, and the rooftop mini gym and seating area were great perks.
The real standout, though, was the lovely lady at reception - she was so kind and helpful to us.

I liked that it’s close to public transport – about a 5‑7 minute walk, and you can take the Hang Tuah monorail. Parking was an issue; I was lucky to get a spot in front of the hotel, but spots are very limited.
The location is close to KLCC and TRX, which is convenient. The air conditioner didn't cool the room at midnight and the power was cut off.
The place is well situated. The rooms were dirty and there was a strong odor inside.
