“Great stay at the Autograph”

1. Location; 2. Reception staff and attentiveness 3. Breakfast experience and range of food 4. Shower and cleansing materials; 5. Sound proofing very good given mainline railway nearby; 6. Comfortable bed and therefore good sleep; 7. Late breakfast up to 11.00hrs; 8. Checkout at 11.00hrs. The darkened style of the rooms and lifts; the light which comes on in the bathroom; the light which comes on in the hallway (my partner likes to have darkness even when going to the toilet, it would have been useful to switch these off for greater comfort

“Schönes Hotel”

The rooms were beautiful, large, and very clean – the food was good, the location is also nice, a bit outside but the train makes everything reachable (the station is a 5‑minute walk), it’s modernly equipped. All in all, a very nice hotel.

“Great room ruined by being too hot and aircon not good enough”

The staff were lovely and the bed was very comfy. The air‑con was awful; the room was about 26 °C when we arrived and we couldn’t turn it on. We told reception, who were spot on and came quickly to switch it on. It stayed on all day and evening, and when we came back around midnight the room was a roasting 24 °C, making it a very warm night in a room with no openable windows – this ruined what could have been a great night’s sleep.

“Took my father over to London for his birthday and there staff couldn’t have been nicer to us both”

The hotel’s proximity to Stratford International, City Airport, and the Tube – especially the Elizabeth Line – was spot on, and the lounge/restaurant offered plenty of space and a solid breakfast spread. There were no drawbacks.
