The cleanliness and the staff were very friendly, especially Cristina the waitress at the pizzeria, and the beach was close by. There is no way to get coffee before 7:45 am when the restaurant opens. If you arrive at 3 am hungry or thirsty, you’re left with only vending machines.

The location is great. The room is nice and clean. The drinks system is poor – it takes way too long to get a drink. There are no beds near the pool.

The welcome was excellent. The rooms were clean and the towels were changed daily. The all‑inclusive service was great and the food was good. I especially appreciated being able to use the all‑inclusive services and to shower on the day of departure. The rooms and bathrooms need renovation, and the common areas (pool, lounge, etc.) are not adequate for the number of guests.

The pool and overall vibe were great, but when we got there we were charged and then told ten minutes later that there were no rooms left at the hotel.
