Nothing! The rooms have mold, and it wasn’t mentioned that it’s a basement with no windows. Breakfast is confusing—what’s served? Instead of coffee or tea, there’s some liquid that looks like diluted compote, tasteless. Soundproofing is nonexistent—the receptionist walks down the corridor in high heels and you can hear her footsteps in your room. The exhaust fans don’t work—they buzz. I’m disappointed with everything—pictures are great, but why doesn’t Booking check this?!
