Even though it’s a one‑star hostel or hotel, I found it magnificent, both in terms of the staff and the room. It’s very clean, pleasant, and central. Overall it surpassed my expectations and I would definitely stay again.

The hotel feels cozy and intimate, situated in a great spot. Walking to the Mezquita and Roman Bridge is easy. It’s very quiet and clean, and the staff are pleasant and friendly.

The location was good, but the room was a nightmare. In room 6 there were two food and drink machines stuck to the wall, making a deafening noise and vibration day and night. I complained, and they said they couldn't turn them off. I filed a complaint with Booking and called the staff on site; they promised to shut them down at 11 pm, yet by 8 or 9 am they were on again. I couldn't stay in that room and there was no effort to fix it. The staff even told me it was fine to leave at 10 pm after I had checked in at 5 pm, that they had no other room for me, and that I shouldn't expect a refund and should complain to Booking. Shameful. First time something so surreal happened to me.
