“Amazing view , spacious and comfortable rooms but need to do a lot of work on service and food”
The location, scenery, and view are great, yet the service is below average and the food is fairly ordinary.
We had the most incredible stay here - every aspect of our visit was flawless. The view from our room was breathtaking, and the food was amazing. The staff, particularly Meenu, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We can't wait to come back and experience it all again.
The hotel's location was a major plus, and the breakfast was decent, although the staff seemed a bit short-handed at times. On the downside, the buffet dinner and room service were painfully slow.
“Excellent”
This place has got it all - a perfect location, cozy comfort, and beautifully designed rooms. The food was top-notch, and we loved every moment of our stay here. It's hard to find anything to complain about when everything is just so perfect.
“צוות מושלם!”
I was blown away by this hotel's stunning location in Plamour with breathtaking views, a warm and efficient welcome, and a spacious, clean, and cozy room with a lovely private garden and a comfortable seating area. The grounds were immaculately maintained, and the breakfast was absolutely perfect. The staff were fantastic and went out of their way to provide an exceptional experience. The pool was lovely, and the spa treatments were top-notch. Laundry services were also excellent.
