“Superb and modern hotel.”

The hotel was exceptional, with a spa, restaurants, and room service, all very clean and staffed by friendly people; its location kept us away from Pattaya’s hustle and bustle. However, the adults‑only pool had kids in it during our stay, and the rates are on the higher side for this area.

Everyone on the staff was extremely friendly and attentive, genuinely wanting us to enjoy ourselves, and the breakfast buffet was the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. There was nothing negative; it was a fantastic place to stay.

We booked the Pattaya Marriott Resort and Spa for a four‑day anniversary getaway and it surpassed every expectation. Even though it opened about a year ago, the property still feels brand new, shining with sophisticated, contemporary design. From the moment you arrive on the road, the exceptional architecture is obvious. The driveway opens to an elegant courtyard with a stunning fountain that looks magnificent when lit at night, and right by the entrance a striking, bespoke art installation sets the tone for what lies inside. The doormen greet you with genuine smiles, and the lobby is modern, open, and beautifully appointed, blending chic lounge seating, a lively bar, and refined dining options. Our room was equally impressive: spacious, pristine, and thoughtfully designed for ultimate comfort. What truly distinguishes this resort is the hospitality: from day one we felt like VIPs. The staff enveloped us in a warm, attentive embrace throughout our stay. Every time we passed the lobby, the reception team checked in, asked how our day was going, ensured we had everything we needed, and shared fantastic local recommendations. The thoughtful gestures for our anniversary made the trip extraordinary. The team went out of their way to pamper us, surprising us with handcrafted dessert treats in the evenings and at breakfast. A special, heartfelt thank you goes to Kevin, Mild, Beauty, and Kylie, as well as the entire resort team. Your warmth, professionalism, and dedication created memories we will cherish forever. We left with a wonderful taste of genuine Thai hospitality and are already planning our next stay with the whole family.
