We arrived very late, just outside the vaporetto station, and the staff were friendly while breakfast was nice. The rooms were quite small, but that’s fine if you’re not planning to stay long.

Located 900 meters from Rialto Bridge and 15 minutes from St Mark's Square, the hotel features a minibar, TV, and free Wi-Fi. Ferries to Murano Island depart from the nearby Fondamenta Nuove pier, 150 meters away, and Santa Lucia Station is a 20-minute walk.

The room was superb with a view of the lagoon, letting you enjoy a wonderful sunrise right from the bed. In front of the hotel is a public transport station from which you can go anywhere you want, and the city center is easily reachable on foot. The staff are very kind and the breakfast is varied and tasty.

The staff are friendly, check‑in and check‑out are relaxed, and the breakfast is very good. You can choose from a menu and eat it in the room the next morning or downstairs in the breakfast area. Everything feels cozy and well‑kept with care. It’s still Venice, so expect a somewhat cramped bathroom.

The hotel is cozy and small, with friendly staff and a location right next to the water tram stop. The decor is nice, clean, and the lighting in the room and bathroom (especially) is good. The breakfasts are tasty and carefully prepared in a pleasant atmosphere. One night we tried sleeping with the windows open, no air‑conditioning, and that was a mistake – the noise from the water transport was terrible. It’s better to keep the windows closed at night and set the air‑conditioning to the right power and temperature.

The property sits on the lagoon on the north side of the island, right in front of a vaporetto station. The location is wonderful and quiet. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The staff were amazing, friendly, and helpful. Our room overlooked the lagoon, so waking up to that view was amazing, and the breakfasts were plentiful and delicious. We would definitely stay here again. The building felt a bit dated and run down, but that added to its charm for us.
