The location was convenient and the room was spotless, with a clean shower and toilet and a comfortable bed. At night the room stayed bright because the glass front door let light spill in from the opposite rooms, and there was no way to block it. Adjusting the warm water was a hassle – the tap would either blast boiling water or run cold, making it take ages to get a tolerable temperature, probably just in room 402. The worst part was when I stepped out at 14:31 and the manager told me I had to pay an extra 50,000 VND for checking out after 14:30, something that hadn’t been mentioned beforehand or on the listing, which said checkout was allowed until 23:00 that day, leaving a sour impression of a last‑minute rip‑off.

The place is wonderful, very cozy, close to the city center, and the view from the window is stunning. The staff and owner are lovely people, and they sometimes gather for dinner and invite guests, which is always great company and tasty food.
