We got a phone call letting us check in early, which we appreciated, and a friendly man carried our bags to the room. The room was a good size, clean enough, with a comfy bed and a hot, powerful shower. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed, and there was a hair dryer, fridge, iron, and ironing board. However, we didn't stay in the Elmora house as booked; we were put next door in the Aspire. I wasn't very happy at first because it was nothing like the Elmora—rooms were totally different and not as nice. We didn't know we would be sent next door, but that wasn't a problem once I settled. Other than that, we had no issues. The bed was comfy, the shower hot, and the fab location was all we needed for our one night, so we will stay again.
