I appreciated the thoughtful gifts for my dog and the tea and coffee for me when I arrived, and the tea towel pack was very handy. The shower was a bit grim, and since it’s a dog‑friendly caravan, a small gate across the decking would help us keep the door open when it’s hot.
“We really enjoyed our stay, it was conveniently located and comfortable”
We loved the location and the fact that the beach was within walking distance. It was also great that mini‑golf and swimming were free – we had a lot of fun playing golf. The caravan could have been a little cleaner.
“We'll be back.”
Great views and location - close to Looe and Polperro. The kids entertainment team was excellent; the children had lots of fun. The onsight bar and restaurant was well priced and the food was much better than anticipated. The shop shuts too early
“Excellent stay, would recommend and will return when post-stay issues are resolved successfully.”
The setting is beautiful, the vibe feels like a small family place with a retro touch, and the facilities are great for a small group. After the stay, the service wasn’t excellent, but they are at least trying to help.
“Cornwall is beautiful but think again about staying at Killigarth manor”
The location is good, but the caravan wasn’t cleaned to an acceptable standard: coco pops were behind the TV, empty crips packets and crips were all under the bed, the bathroom and toilets were dirty and inadequately cleaned, and dog hair covered the sofa. We’d expect that paying a £30 surcharge for our dog would mean a deeper clean of the sofa, which is considered a bed, but it was really poor.
