The bedding was comfortable, but I was let down by the lack of thorough cleaning.

Everything was spotless, yet the spare bed felt very uncomfortable.

“Horrible”

Dominque at the Bistro was helpful and accommodating, but the Customer Service team failed to apply the breakfast coupon even after I explained and said I would enter it myself; my card was about to be charged twice even though I had already verified it during check‑in and had a pending transaction. We were in town for my son’s cross‑country meet with his teammates and coach, and they had to wait for a room until midnight because they double‑booked a room.

Very functional, good breakfast, but the parking is paid.

The staff were incredibly friendly and polite, but the bistro’s hours were inconvenient, the room didn’t include body lotion, and there was no milk available at the market place.
