Staying at Luxury Rooms Pino was a real pleasure; the staff are very friendly and welcoming, and it’s a lovely place featuring a pool, a Jacuzzi, and a fairly large rooftop terrace with sun loungers for sunbathing; the property is about a 30‑minute walk from the Old Town, a truly beautiful walk; there are also other amenities nearby, such as a supermarket and various places to eat; my friend and I stayed here together, and the area felt very safe; highly recommended; if I return to Split, I will definitely stay here again 😊.

The price‑to‑value ratio was solid, and the location was quiet unless the downstairs café got too loud. It’s not a luxury spot, but the apartment is well organized, featuring an indoor pool and a few small tables beside it for seating. There’s a code for both the entrance and the room. I wasn’t on vacation, so no comments on the beach. Walking into the city center takes about 15 minutes if you hurry, and there’s a public bus. I can’t recall if the room had a fridge, though there was one at reception. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The downside was the lack of an on‑site parking space for the apartment; you might find a spot on the street if you’re lucky, but being close to a hospital makes that tricky. A nearby parking garage and several shops are available, though I stayed outside peak season.

This hotel is great and the staff were very lovely! It’s a little farther from the old town than we expected, but getting a bolt there and back was easy and not too pricey. We really enjoyed our few‑day stay, it had everything you need when away on holiday. The rooms were clean, the hotel supplied cold drinking water 24/7, and the staff were very accommodating; I’d stay here again. Being a small hotel, it was nice to be one of only a few guests, so it felt very relaxed.
