The location is excellent… a few streets from the center…!!! The front‑desk service is excellent… Cristian… the best…!!! The bed, sheets and blankets… 100%. We were assigned the Colibri room… in the hallway… a lot of noise when they arrive at reception…!!! Care with the shower keys… lack of maintenance… because they come off.

The reception staff were very attentive and welcoming. Modern hotel at a good location and good price! We had 2 rooms and unfortunately one of them had a very strong humid stench. We later saw black spotting on the walls. Some of the guests were loud until late in the night.

#1 the location is a few steps from the center without the bustle #2 the décor, very nice, small #3 the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. Nothing.

The place feels spotless and quiet right from the entrance, with a pleasant scent. The room is lovely, comfortable, and everything is clean—towels, sheets, and pillows. It’s centrally located, and I’d come back. The only downside is that there’s no exclusive parking outside or nearby the hotel.
