The location was good—inside the bustling Ramai district yet quiet, with a nice beach nearby. The pool was large and comfortable, and the cost‑performance was solid. The deluxe villa was spacious, and the balcony outside was also wide and very pleasant. The only negatives were that all showers and washbasins had seawater mixed in, which might be a whole‑island issue if it’s groundwater, and the room lighting was dim.

The pool was amazing, and the sea‑view massage service was a treat. It sits right on the main street, so everything nearby is within walking distance. The breakfast by the pool was plentiful, and the vibe was both relaxed and classy. The property was spotless and well maintained.

The location is probably the best on that part of the island, with a great pool and beach. Unfortunately, there are a lot of them. There’s no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage up to the second floor yourself. The rooms look old and the air‑conditioning smells stale. The bathtub is full of stone, and the cleaning is subpar. The beach has old plastic loungers that are taken away at 7 pm; if you want to sit on the beach later you must bring your own. The hotel has the potential to become a typical spot on the island, but that potential is completely unused.

The food by the pool was nice. The tap water in the room was salty, and the room was very dark.

This is probably our fourth return visit and everything is still perfect! The pools are beautiful, the beach offers free loungers and umbrellas, and the property sits right on the sea in central Lamai.
