The breakfast wasn’t included, and the hotel sits a bit away from central Madrid. The location of the hotel was the main drawback.

Parking was super easy nearby, and they offered a kettle for guests to make coffee or tea. The split air conditioner was great for adjusting the temperature on the spot. However, some outlets and appliances didn’t work, so I had to use the bedside lamp in the bathroom to shower. A column between the bed and the window forced me to move the bed to get through.

The bed was very comfortable, but the hotel itself felt very old.

I left covered in bites and never opened the window; there was a terrible infestation of mites or some bug that must be present. The shower gel was missing, and the soap dispenser was worse than a gas station, not to mention there was no shampoo.
