We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is beautiful, clean, and perfectly located for exploring the area. Our room was spacious, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the housekeeping team kept everything spotless

The location is very convenient, especially near NESCO, the metro, and the railway station. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and the staff was helpful. The room was a bit cramped and the amenities were very basic; it’s a standard property, good for a short stay but nothing extraordinary.

The hotel's location was pretty convenient, but the real letdown was the room service – it was basically non-existent. The staff were friendly, but it seemed like they were struggling to keep up with the demand. The room itself was clean and comfortable, but the lack of room service made it feel like a hassle to get what we needed. Overall, it was a decent stay, but the room service issue really put a damper on things.

We were really looking forward to a relaxing morning, but there was no breakfast to be had. On the bright side, the room was spotless and the bed was super comfy. However, the lack of basic amenities like shampoo, moisturizer, and a tea kettle was a bit of a surprise – we had to ask for everything at reception. Still, the staff were friendly and helpful, so it wasn't all bad.
