Le Grand Bleu Hotel

We stayed at Grand Bleu in Mauritius and it was a lovely experience; the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and we felt we got great value for what we paid. The location was very convenient, within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants. We also appreciated how flexible and accommodating the team were with check‑in and check‑out whenever possible. A special shoutout to Abhishek and Aftab for making our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality.

“Moyen”

The accommodation was clean overall and the bathroom was really very pleasant, modern and well‑furnished. The stay was acceptable overall. The main issue for us was the lack of privacy in the room: there were no proper blinds, only blackout curtains that still let light through. Our room also faced directly onto another apartment’s door, allowing possible visibility inside, which was quite annoying. The reception could also be improved; the staff were present, but sometimes we felt like we were bothering them when we needed something. We would have appreciated a warmer welcome.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant offered a nice breakfast and dinner with live music, and it was right next to the beach.
