“Beautiful Resort with Impeccable Service”

The contemporary hotel sits in a mangrove forest beside the Caribbean Sea and feels like a walk through a modern art museum; all rooms are well designed with private terraces and ocean views, and the restaurants Riviera, Toro and Chaya serve great food and service. The beach isn’t the best and summer brings a lot of sargassum, plus the place is quite isolated – a 15‑minute drive to the main highway for other activities.

“Fantastic property with stunning surroundings”

I had the most incredible experience at this hotel, with its stunning architecture and breathtaking views. The hotel's grounds were meticulously maintained, creating a serene atmosphere that I thoroughly enjoyed. Although I didn't encounter any issues during my stay, I would have liked to see some additional amenities to enhance my experience.

“Excelente opción en Playa Del Carmen”

I was impressed with the delicious food and friendly staff, but unfortunately, when we tried to change our travel dates, no one seemed to be paying attention to our requests. It was a bit frustrating, but overall, the positives outweighed the negatives. The staff's attentiveness was a highlight of our stay, and I appreciated their helpfulness. However, the lack of assistance with our date change was a letdown.
