Nothing good, awful. The whole place was filthy, curtains were dirty, one bathroom with a toilet for five rooms, mold in the shower, chaos everywhere, no toilet paper, the lock on the room didn’t work, and the owner didn’t care to fix anything.

“The bins stank”

Nothing to praise. Several bins blocked the way to the key safe, they stank badly and seemed never cleaned. My husband felt they hadn’t been emptied for a long time, which is unacceptable for an Airbnb. He couldn’t get into the building after many attempts, had to leave for other lodging, and was asked for photo ID without any explanation. All the info was sent to my husband, and he said the whole experience was unworthy of a rating—so even though it’s listed as 1 out of 10, it should be 0.

When we got there the room didn’t match the photo. The bed was decent size, but the room was dusty, had a distinct odor, and a stained wall that looked poorly maintained. The bathroom was the real nightmare: a dirty tub, no place to hang the shower head, stained floor, a toilet that looked like it held old unclean water with urine, and spiders and roaches everywhere. I politely asked the owner for a refund, but they ignored my call and text, claiming it was advertised and that they were busy. Booking refunded £6, but the owner refused to refund even after I returned the key and left.

The bathroom was disgusting, the TV didn’t work, the bedroom didn’t lock, but I’m glad I got out. It shouldn’t be on the market like this—sorry.

Convenient spot, but the room was constantly smelling of weed from neighbors, and the bathroom needed a deep clean.
