“No parking as promised, property ignoring my and Booking.com requests for refund”
I had no positives to mention. Upon arrival, I was told the parking garage was full and I’d need to park across the street at the Bank of America garage, paying for it myself. That was unacceptable—traveling solo with an elderly dog, heavy luggage, and big items, crossing a busy street repeatedly was impossible. I asked to cancel immediately since the listing had advertised valet parking, but the hotel treated it as self‑parking. The receptionist cancelled the booking on the spot and promised a refund, the same way I had booked. Since then I’ve tried to contact the hotel many times, but it has been completely silent and refuses to honor the refund. The area in front of the hotel was also extremely crowded. In short, the experience was terrible: misled at check‑in, then ignored by the property and denied the refund that was promised.
