The room was spotless. The host was very friendly and quick to reply to messages, and helped with airport transfer. The bed had bumps and the pillows were stiff. The spot is gorgeous, but the surrounding area feels scary, with a busy market nearby.

The room was clean and comfy. It’s a 10‑minute walk to Napoli Centrale and a 15‑minute walk to the historic centre. The host communicated well.

The price is good! We liked it because it’s just minutes from the metro and the train station in front of the building lets you head to Sorrento, Amalfi, Positano, etc. The only downside is breakfast: you get vouchers that change depending on how long you stay, and you have to go to a café next to the building, so you can’t choose what you want—just a croissant and coffee.

Nothing positive; I had to leave after the first night. It’s a very scary place, feels like a mafia zone or something; the outside is filthy with overflowing bins, and there’s no reception area. The room is tiny, the towels are grey. I bought a dream but got a nightmare, lost a lot of money, had to cancel a trip booked from there, and lost that money too—stay away, do better.
