Location: Metro station, beach, numerous restaurants and daily tourist shops within walking distance – Clean – very nice cleaning staff – wonderful roof terrace. Extremely noisy: I even booked the penthouse room, yet I could hear a lot from the lower floors. Even though the doors felt solid, they didn’t block the noise well, and they couldn’t be closed without slamming them loudly. A peaceful sleep was impossible. Breakfast: very comprehensive, but unfortunately with qualitative and quantitative limits. Only roll‑up buns were available, and they were hard as stone by 10:30 am. There was good yogurt, but it was served in a tiny bowl. In the first days, the fruit was almost completely gone. There was a wide selection of cakes, but some were a few days old and no longer fresh. Many items didn’t look fresh at all. Air conditioning: couldn’t turn it off properly and it would turn on by itself. The only way was to crank the thermostat up. Because of the low temperatures, that worked. But when it got warmer, it would turn on in the middle of the night and blow directly into my face, because it was above the bed and blew downwards. That was a problem in the heat. The beach was completely overpriced: 111 € for 8 days at the end of September!
