“Below average for the price.”

The rooms were well lit and the location was good, yet the carpets in the hallways were very dirty and should be replaced right away, giving the impression the hotel needs an update. Breakfast food was poor and not worth $42 for two people, and the staff were not friendly.

The property is beautiful, clean, well maintained and spacious, and the location is great. We had pre‑booked via the site and had proof of full payment; when we arrived the system was down, we showed our proof and offered to leave our driver’s licence and cash as a deposit, but they cancelled our stay because we weren’t on a printed price list and told us to find another room. We tried several solutions with the receptionist, who kept going back for the manager’s approval each time, and the manager never came out to speak with us. Extremely rude.

“I’ve stayed at better Hilton’s.”

The location is fine, but the room wasn’t very clean, the bed was lumpy and had dirty edges.

“Over all good. Could use a second chair as only one of us could sit in a chair and the the second person had to lean bac”

Most things about the hotel were good for a 3 star. The exception is noted below. Carpets throughout hotel were old and dirty. Room seemed to be updated but no excuse for the carpets looking dirty and stained

“Because other family stayed there so did I. That made it fun. On my own I would have looked elsewher”

The room was pricey, but it didn’t come with a pen, pencil, or paper for personal use. The shower had pink mold in every corner, lacked slip‑proof strips or a mat, and only had one grab bar. Highway and parking lot noise were loud, and overall the cost didn’t match the reality of the room.
