The staff and restaurant were great, and the service was good. Amazing view and nice location. The hotel is incredibly worn out; the exterior looks like it’s falling apart. The room was okay but nothing more.

The hotel was clean and fresh with a fairy‑tale view, tasty food, and very friendly staff, yet the bathroom left something to be desired: the shower area was cramped and only had one curtain, so the room got wet.

Nice beds and good location, but the room was tiny right next to reception, the hotel felt worn overall, and breakfast wasn’t as good as I remembered from my last visit.
