“Ein tolles, gastfreundliches Hotel, das ich wieder besuchen würde.”

The hotel was very good, with comfortable rooms and a large, clean bathroom that had a walk‑in shower. The breakfast area had a big terrace, and there was a connected bar where you could have dinner, snacks, and, if you like, drinks. Everyone on the staff was friendly, but the reception service could still be improved. The location is a bit outside, but if that doesn’t bother you, you’ll find this a great hotel.

The hotel was magnificent and the room was very beautiful, everything was well taken care of and the staff were very friendly. The location isn’t ideal. Despite several promises, I still haven’t received the invoice for my stay, even after contacting through multiple channels, each time being told “we’ll send it today” – yet it’s still pending.

“Disappointing for us who frequently use the accommodation services of the Ramada brand on most trips”

Nothing lives up to the international standards of the Ramada by Windham brand!!! Unkempt staff, pitiful attitude when you file a complaint!!! Dinner charged with 30 Euro but the buffet was empty we were 3 people and we did not offer a piece of cake as a dessert to divide into 3 because they had no more !!!. “Just OK”

The staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly, especially in the bar and restaurant areas. The main issue was the room temperature – it was too hot and I couldn’t sleep because the fresh‑air window didn’t work. I reported it and the temperature was lowered for the second night, but it was still too warm and the thermostat wasn’t operable by guests. I really need a good sleep to help my business.

The hotel is in a very bad location and looks out of date. There isn’t enough staff, the breakfast is poor, and the wellness and gym facilities are not available.
