The lobby looked nice and clean, but the hotel had two elevators—one was broken and the other stalled, kept opening and closing, and refused to bring us down with a full luggage cart. The working elevator was dirty, and the only ADA feature was the bathroom.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, though the tub needed non‑slip pads.

The pillows were great, but there were no ice buckets in the rooms or at the ice machine; you had to walk all the way down to the front desk to get one, and if they don’t want them in the room the front desk should offer one at check‑in.
