The owners were very friendly and the rooms were comfortable. It’s close to several public transport options and, even though it’s near the hospital, it’s still quite pleasant. Road construction made using the parking garage difficult; it’s not their fault and just bad luck. It should already be finished by now.

Delicious breakfast with the option of gluten‑free bread and gluten‑free muesli. Friendly owners, good beds, and plenty of room in the room. No suggestions for improvement.

Everything was perfect: the hosts were incredibly friendly, the location and room with a terrace were exceptional, and the breakfast was delicious—what more could you ask for? Parking was available in a basement garage, and bike rentals from Velo Antwerp were right outside the front door. No complaints.

We spent a gorgeous weekend in Antwerp at 22 Bay & B. The hosts were wonderfully warm and always ready to help, making us feel welcome from the start. We booked a nearby secure parking spot, which was very convenient. The apartment was thoughtfully decorated, especially the high ceilings with beautiful plasterwork, and the shower was special because a landscaped courtyard adjoined it. Breakfast was excellent: all the essentials were there, the fruit salad was lovingly prepared, eggs were freshly made just for us, and the tea selection was superb—truly a delight. We’ll definitely return to Antwerp and to 22 Bay & B. Thanks for a lovely stay!

The reception was very friendly and personal. Upon arrival, Piet briefed us on the many options for our stay (sights, restaurants, etc.). Despite being next to a large hospital, the place was very quiet and the public transport links were within a few minutes on foot. The room is spacious and comes with a coffee machine, tea-making facilities, and free cold drinks in the fridge as a house courtesy. Breakfast is served buffet style in the café area, and special requests (e.g., eggs) are accommodated. Overall, a very pleasant stay. Parking at the nearby hospital car park was cheap—we paid only €10 for three days!!!
