The staff were friendly, but the location was a huge drawback. The hotel is marketed as a resort, yet it isn’t; the surrounding area shown in the pictures isn’t part of the property. It’s described as a 3‑star hotel but feels like a basic one, with no elevator and a short fall that makes it overpriced. The advertising is completely misleading and far from reality.

I had to find another place to stay because this hotel didn’t match the pictures at all. It was foul‑smelling and far below standards, so I left at 11 pm when it was clearly unlivable. I’m very disappointed and urge you to ensure only authentic hotels are listed.

The natural surroundings were lovely, but the prices were too high.

There was nothing positive to mention. The location was too remote with no public transport, the room had no windows or ventilation, and the AC remote was missing, forcing us to manually mount the bed. Staff smoked throughout the building, filling it with a suffocating odor, and the drainage smell lingered all night. The bathroom lacked an exhaust fan, and there was constant noise from the top floor where people cooked until midnight. Mobile reception was impossible unless you went to the balcony, and daily cleaning never happened.
